I’m a home inspector with over 15 years of hands-on experience working in residential construction and related site work.

My background includes residential and civil construction work in New Zealand, time spent working on residential builds in the UK, and more than eight years in residential construction in Canada. That experience includes both new home construction and renovations.

Working in construction has given me a practical understanding of how homes are built, altered, and maintained over time, as well as the types of issues that commonly arise as buildings age.

I moved into home inspections to apply that background in a more focused role — one centred on careful observation, clear documentation, and honest communication about a home’s condition.

As an independent inspector, my goal is to provide a clear, unbiased assessment so clients can understand what they’re buying and make informed decisions with confidence.
