Home inspection pricing is based on the size, age, and complexity of the property.
All inspections are visual, non-invasive, and performed in accordance with the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC) Scope of Inspection.

Standard Home Inspection

For most single-family residential homes.
Includes a visual inspection of the readily accessible exterior, roofing, structure, plumbing, electrical, heating, and interior systems, performed in accordance with the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC) Scope of Inspection.
